She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Perzik and Stella Perzik; her parents-in-law, Albert F. and Sophie; and her brothers-in-law, Mark and Thomas Prince.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Michael "Doc"; her daughter Nicole Scott; her children-in-law, Nicholas Scott and Lauren; her grandchildren, Theo, Brooke, Ethan and Reid Scott; her sister Patricia Prince; and her siblings-in-law, Martha, Phil Richardson, Melinda, Tim Kewin, Michele, Tom Roche, Mary, Jim Ross and Terry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, and many dear friends.
