He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger Gaffney and Shirley Gaffney; his father-in-law George Snyder; his cousin Casey Gaffney; and also, Aunt Maryellen, Uncle Ed Gavin, Uncle Walt Gaffney, Uncle Larry Gaffney and Aunt Jackie Reardon.

He is survived by : his children, Samantha Snyder, Tara, Kate and George Gaffney; his sister Linda McManus (Joe); his nephew Joey of Daniel; his niece Shannon of Kelly; his mother-in-law Donna Snyder; his sister-in-law Yvonne Gramlich (Steve); his niece Emily of Audrey; his sister-in-law Jean Snyder; his cousins, Margaret, Theresa, Maureen, Ellen, Joe, Jim, Melissa, Wally, Colleen, Denise, Brenda and Jerry; and also, Aunt Phyllis Gaffney, Uncle Jerry Reardon and Yvonne.
