She was predeceased by : her father Richard Thorpe Sr.; her siblings, Kathleen Tompkins (Thorpe) and Richard Thorpe Jr.; and her father-in-law Alan Tanner. She is survived by : her husband Rich Tanner; her children, Neal Tanner and Lindsay Brennan (Tanner); her grandson Max; her mother Jean Thorpe of Staatsburg; her siblings, Russell (Susan) of Henderson, NV, Gerry (Carla) of Staatsburg, Jeffrey (Kim) of Maine and Sally Colletti (Joe) of Vestal; her siblings-in-law, Jackie Thorpe, Lynn Greaney of Saugerties and Jim Tanner (Shelly) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and her mother-in-law Mary Tanner of Staatsburg.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 24th 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 24th 2021 at 1:00 PM at the same location. Masks will be required and proper COVID precautions will be observed.
