She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. McCarthy; and her parents, John "Jack" Juckett and Myrtle Juckett (Cooper). She is survived by: her children, John Purdy (Patricia), Dana Purdy (Christina), Kevin McCarthy (Sandie) and Shawn McCarthy (Jessica Piche); her great grandchildren, Aurora, Serenity, Riverly, Levi and Mackenzie McCarthy; and her pet Harley.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Peck & Peck Funeral Homes (7749 S Main St, Pine Plains, NY 12567). Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Sharon Audubon Center in Sharon, CT or another animal or nature charity of your choice.
