It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Shammah (Staten Island, New York), born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her son Kenneth Shammah. She is survived by : her husband Louis; her children, George and Margaret McMahon; her son-in-law Gerard; her grandchildren, Andrew (Diana), Allyson and Katherine (Carlo); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Jade, Lia, Jackson and Madison; and her brother Louis. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bedell Pizzo Funeral Home (7447 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10307). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Resurrection Cemetery (361 Sharrott Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309).
