He was predeceased by: his daughter AnnaMarie. He is survived by: his significant other Rosemary Fundaro; his daughter Dina Baio-McLaughlin (John McLaughlin); his grandson JT McLaughlin; his brother Diego Baio; his son-in-law Sal Chierico; and his grandson Salvatore. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
