He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Brien and Marion O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Diane O'Brien; his children, Dennis M. O'Brien, Jr., Susan DaQuila (Dominick), Denise O'Brien and Gregory Melillo; and his grandchildren, Dorothy, Dennis, Susan (Jared), Emily, Allison, Abaigael and Gwendolyn. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
