She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Piacentino and Carole Piacentino; her children, Keith and Ashley; her close friend Scott Burnett of Fishkill; her children, Jill Slachta (Nathan Sumpter Jr.) of Norwalk, Michael Slachta (Christine) of Poughquag, NY. and Joseph Slachta of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Mikey and Emma; her siblings, Barbara Dillon (Kerry) of Staten Island and Louis Piacentino III; and also Louis Piacentino of Staten Island.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Donna's honor to St. Jude's Hospital, the Humane Society, or Wounded Warrior Project.
