She is survived by: her husband Carmine; and her children, Carmine Jr (Evelyn), Denise Vaccaro (Edward) and Jeanine Padovano. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation in memory of Frances.
