He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine and Henry; his spouse Marge Mooney; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Mooney, Carrie Casillo, Deborah McGrane (Gary) and Katherine Kanyuck (David); his brother Hank; his grandchildren, Nicholas Casillo (Denise), Marisa Casillo (Evan), Harry Smith, Kawika Kanyuck and Stephen Kanyuck; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Casillo and Jamie Casillo. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family invites donations in Jim's name to Scleroderma Foundation.
