It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Perez (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perez and Lorraine Perez; and his brother Daniel Perez. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Perez, Justine Perez and John Perez, Jr.; his siblings, Tina Mazziotta, Richard Perez, Tara Napolitano, Tanya Adams, Joseph and Nino; his grandchildren, Gianna, Aubrey, Briella, Alessia and Bailey; his brothers-in-law, John O'Connor and John Mazziotta; his siblings' children, Christina, Nicole, Briana, Ricky, Jusin, Michael, Dan, Ed, Ava, Dominic, Katy and Christine; and his friend Gail White. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if so desired, the family is accepting donations.
