He is survived by : his wife Marcella; his son John Jr.; his children-in-law, Meaghan Dolan and John; his grandchildren, John Nytz, Marcella Nytz and Joseph Edwin DeSio; his brother Louis; his sister-in-law Donna; his brother Vito; and his brother-in-law Jose Ayala.
