He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Kowaleski. He is survived by: his sister Colleen Kelly (Timothy); his siblings-in-law, Daniel Cafaro (Cindy), Thomas Cafaro, Michael Cafaro, Teresa Kramer (Jay) and Mary Galvin (Paul); his sibling's children, Timothy, Sean, Shane, Kyle, Brendan, William, Savannah and Caroline; his daughters, Kathryn, Emily and Alexandra; and his wife Elise. He is also survived by married and keeping his longtime friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
