It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Edward Gilroy Jr. (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sister Judy Gilroy Valitutto (John); his nephew Michael J. Byrne (Dana); his great-niece Sophia; and his great-nephew Brandon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Tunnel to Towers as well as the Staten Island Heart Society will be accepted.
