He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; and his brother Carlos. He is survived by: his child Jeanine Pena; his significant other Stephanie; his grandchildren, Robbie, Salvy, Giavanna, Kayla and Jack; his sisters, Olga Gaeta, Frances Stammreich and Martha Jimenez; and also, Michael Pena (Dina), Charles Lyons (Judy) and Patricia Lyons.
The family would like any donations to be made in his honor to the New York Firefighters Burn Center or The Stephen Siller Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
