It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo P. Sandomierski Jr. of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo P. Sandomierski, Sr. and Mary Sandomierski; his wife Marie; and also Fledermaus. He is survived by: his children, Judith Sandomierski, Leo P. Sandomierski, III (Kim) and Jane Lyons (Chris); his former wife Judith; his great grandchild Mark DeFazio; his siblings, James Sandomierski (Claire), Maryanne Lange, Margaret Sandomierski, Marian Sandomierski and John Sandomierski (Barbara); and his close friend Nancy Redling. He is also survived by three nieces, a nephew and their children.
