He was predeceased by: his former wife Berta; his wife Lidia; his former wife Teresa; his daughters, Ana P. and Johanna; his grandchildren, Jeremi, Angeles and Gabriela Isabel; and his siblings, Hector, Joaquin and Carmen.
He is survived by: his children, Orlando, Dianne, Mario, Hugo R. and Teresita; his grandchildren, Susana, Marco T., Julio, Teresita (Beba), Amir, Jose A., Huguito, Marlon, Cristofer, Lidia, Pamela, Maria Jose, Jose D., Raymond and Ken; his siblings, Cesar, Ana, Mary and Juan Jose; and his daughter Janet Castro-Hoover. He is also survived by his family and friends.
