Mackintosh (Rachel); her granddaughters, Ashley Loren Gottlieb and Caroline Megan Gottlieb; her sister Helen Myers DeSantis; her goddaughter Dominique DeSantis; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Mackintosh Myers (Robert), Marylou Mackintosh Mishler (Ray) and Kenneth Mackintosh (Ben). She is also survived by her family and the many friends.
