With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matiranie Seetaram of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rohani Persaud and Kumal Persaud; her husband James Seetaram; and her children, Erna, Datalene, Winifred, Elsina, Joycelyn, Ena, George, Sandra, Jessica, Benson, Corletta, Leon, Samuel and Elma. She was also cherished by her 14 children, lots grand, great grand and great great grandchildren.
