With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Ashton (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on September 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Decker; and his brother Ward Ashton. He is survived by: his children, Helen Riccardi (Ronald), Kevin Ashton (David Marshall) and Brian Ashton (Victoria); his grandchildren, Paul of Patrick, Ala, Kelly, Christopher, Matthew, Craig and Grant; and his great grandchild Brayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
