He was predeceased by: his father Richard G. Healy; and his brother Anthony Healy. He is survived by: his spouse Alysia Healy; his children, Giuliana and Nicholas; his mother Mariann Healy; his sibling Thomas Healy; his sibling's children, A. J., Jacqueline, Christopher, Mylina, Elvis, Angelo, Angelina, Emiliana and Giordana; his parents-in-law, John, Sally Ascoli and Adrienne Giudice; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Healy, Johnny, Maritza Ascoli, Corinne, Filippo Panariello, Joseph and Veronica Ascoli. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
