He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline; and his sisters, Catherine and Ellen. He is survived by: his significant other Martina Olsen; his children, Richard, Jr (Jennifer), Sean (Carol) and Madeline Jones (Edward); his siblings, Michael, Mildred Eckert, Ann Dennis and Elizabeth Martin; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Jack and Rebecca. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
