Seymour Hionas Obituary
The memory of Seymour Hionas (Staten Island, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2025 at the age of 101, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean Hionas; his children, Jan Hionas Curran and William Steven Hionas; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hionas Colacurto (Michael), Margaret Curran, Alexander Curran, Kristina Hionas Leonforte (Adina), Thomas Hionas (Gina) and Jessica Hionas; and his great grandchildren, Demi Jean Colacurto, Michael Colacurto and Hailey Lynn Hionas.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In Lieu of Flowers the family requests all proceeds be made to Autism New Jersey (https://autismnj.org) and Association for Behavioral Analysis International.
