He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Berzanskis; his daughter Barbara Fazio; and his sister-in-law Lucille Midura. He is survived by: his grandson Christopher Swick; his nephew Jimmy Midura; his nieces, Jackie O'Brien and Judy Persch; his great grandchildren, Shane and Emma; and his siblings, Rose Aznar and Bob Aznar.
