She was predeceased by: her mother Angela DeMartinis. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan and Matthew; her father Joseph DeMartinis; and her siblings, Janice Posner, Michael DeMartinis and James DeMartinis.

The family would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, donations to any of the following organizations; Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Weill Cornell Rehabilitation, and the Staten Island Visiting Nurse Service / Hospice.
