Theresa Susan Beyers (56), passed away at SIUH, on February 14th, 2022, due to health complications from COVID and her battle with cancer. She was born in Staten Island, NY, one of 7 siblings. Theresa was employed with the NYC Civil Courts for 20+ years. She is survived by her fiancé Thomas Micol, her son Rudy Santana, her daughter Maria Maury and her three beautiful grandchildren Rudy, Adriana and Khristian. Theresa is also survived by her siblings Donald "JR", Vincent, Angela and Gary as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Donald and Theresa Beyers as well as her beloved sisters Patricia and Donna. Theresa was known for her undeniable selflessness and joy for life. She loved nothing more than spending quality time with her family. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A brief service will be conducted on Thursday, at 8:00 pm, in the funeral home.
