It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Gilgallon of Stillwater, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas "Tim" and Bertha Farrell Farnan; her husband Donald R. Gilgallon; and her sister Anne F. Butler. She is survived by : her children, Mary Ann Gilgallon (Thomas Sharkey) of Anchorage, AK, Donna P. Gilgallon (James Nichol) of Saratoga Springs, Edward T. Gilgallon (Meg Pitney) of Saratoga Springs and Louise A. Gilgallon Smith (late William O. Smith Jr.) of Saratoga Springs; her grandchildren, Dylan, Erin Kate Gilgallon of Saratoga Springs and Ellen M. Sharkey of Anchorage, AK; and her siblings, Thomas Farnan of Johnstown, Joan Campbell of Salem and Carol Reynolds of Scotia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that masks be worn by everyone at the church and cemetery services and practice social distancing when possible.
