He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Pavone and Lucia Pavone (Crocella); his wife Mae; and his siblings, Jack Costanzo, Alexander Pavone and Jean Ciraolo.

He is survived by: his children, James Pavone of Austin, TX, Barbara Pavone of Garnerville and Eugene Pavone of Stony Point.
