He was predeceased by: his father Richard F. Hoffman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hoffman; his children, Lauren Corke (Cody) and Kimberly Hoffman; his grandchildren, Ivan, Aria, Noah, Lyla Corke and Remi; his mother Carol Hoffman,; and his sisters, Elizabeth Doberstein (Lance) and Heidi Evans (Allen).
