It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James P. McAneney of Swan Lake, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James G. McAneney and Margaret M. Donohue McAneney; his wife Dolores O'Connor McAneney; his daughter Diane Sobel; and his sister Patricia McAneney.

He is survived by : his daughters, Deborah Rusin of Swan Lake, NY and Maryanne March (Frank) of Swan Lake, NY; and his grandchildren, John Rusin (Jaime), Steven Rusin (Rita), Nicholas Rusin (Katie), Morgan Sobel, Jesse March (Kyla) and Sarah Vazquez (Dylan). He is also survived by nine great grand-children.

A Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (264 N Main St, Liberty, NY 12754).
