He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence McKibben and Dorothy McKibben; his sister Pamela Simmons; his nephew John Patrick Dorschug; and his niece Doreena Knapp.

He is survived by : his children, Barbara Humphries of North Carolina and John Lee of Syracuse; his wife Amy Dorschug McKibben; his brother Gene McKibben (Sylvia) of Syracuse; his brothers-in-law, John Dorschug and Mark Dorschug (Patti); his nephew Matthew of Burlington; his sister-in-law Janis Dorschug-Louzek (John) of Hollis; and his nieces and nephews, Katharine Louzek-Khan of New York City, George of Watertown, Mass., Theresa Simmons of North Carolina, April Scherer of Bridgeport and Richard Simmons of Bridgeport.
