It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John E. McMahon Sr. (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on April 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Marie McMahon (Bobbette); his son Michael McMahon; his grandson Johnny McMahon; and his sister Cathy Stockton. He is survived by : his children, John E. McMahon Jr., Robert McMahon, Joseph McMahon (Michelle) and Tina McMahon; and his sister Marybeth Ahern (Mike). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tindall Funeral Home Inc. (1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13204). A mass will be held on Tuesday, April 13th 2021 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Family Church (127 Chapel Dr, Syracuse, NY 13219). Current NYS COVID guidelines requiring masks, social distancing and occupancy limits will be observed.
