It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Claire Peterson Riley (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kaiser and Margaret Kaiser; her husbands, Donald Peterson and Hugh Riley; and her son Gregory.
She is survived by: her sons, Karl (Jolene), James (Susan) and Don (Melissa); her daughter-in-law Debra; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Peterson (Judy) and Ruth Coleman. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gang Funeral Home (104 Fordham Rd, Syracuse, NY 13203). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (3127 James St, Syracuse, NY 13206).
