He is survived by: his wife Theresa Collins; his son Steven Collins of Glens Falls; and his sisters, Earlene Sutphin (Ross) of Warrensburg, Shirley Ross (Gary) of Warrensburg, Sandra Irwin (Philip) of Warrensburg, Bonnie Rata (Alex) of Ausable and Ethel Bybee (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
