We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2018, at the age of 83, Velma Rouse (Thornwood, New York), born in White Plains, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Rouse. She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie Rouse and Heather Maillet; and her grandchildren, Kerrin Maillet, Annalise Maillet, Sam Maillet, Wilder Childs and Elena Childs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her name to either Bethel Foundation http://www.bethelwell.org who took such amazing care of her in her final days and weeks, or Paws Crossed Animal Shelter, https://www.pawscrossedny.org who are finding a good home for her sweet cat Emma.
