He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claudio Rios and Maria Mercedes Rios (Ruiz); his wife Nancy H. Skinner-Rios; and his children, Rick, Ronnie, Johnny Rios, Janet Augello, Tammy Riley and Kim Rodeffer. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Flowers gratefully declined if desired memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo or St. Jude the Apostle Parish.
