It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Kuczkowski of Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sallie Kuczkowski; and his sister Ann Kuczkowski. He is survived by: his father Tom Kuczkowski; his children, Sam and Anna Kuczkowski; his girlfriend Amy Beckett; and his pets, Romeo and Gidget. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
