She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Leonard J. Krucenski; and her sister Helen Gaik. She is survived by: her sons, Leonard (Kathryn), Brian (Joyce) and William Krucenski; and her grandchildren, Emily and Brent. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
