He was predeceased by: his son Brian Marmion; and his brother Vincent. He is survived by: his children, Franc (Martha), Timothy (Ann), Michael (Julie) and Mary Mitri (Thomas); his siblings, Daniel (Annette), Kathleen and Harry Marmion; and his sister-in-law Pauline Marmion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the American Heart Association.
