He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Sr. Bacon and Beatrice Bacon; and his sister Margaret Asbury (late Daniel). He is survived by: his children, John W. Bacon, Jr. (Laurie), Jill Spira (Bruce) and Joseph N. Bacon (Robin); his grandchildren, Jaelle, Nicholas G. and Pearl Bacon; his great grandchild Raelyn Bacon; and his siblings, Veronica Wilbar (late Wendell), Bernice Townsend (late Duane) and George Bacon, Jr. (late Lois). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
