He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Lefebvre; his children, Tammy Stratiff and Paul Lefebvre (Alexis); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Deanna and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, donations. may be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Research.
