He was predeceased by: his daughter Catherine; and his brother Joseph J. Vaeth (late Monica). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary "Peggy" Vaeth; his children, Deborah Kish (Robert), J. Timothy Vaeth and AnneMarie Vaeth; his grandchildren, Matthew, Alexandra, Ava Kish, William and Aubrey Vaeth; his siblings, Barbara Shaughnessy (late Deacon Frank), Patricia Scheg (late Donald), Marie Leo (Arthur), James Vaeth (Judy), Kathleen Vaeth, Richard V. Vaeth (late Mickey), Thomas G. Vaeth (Glenda) and Margaret Ann Vaeth; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Moore (William Paszkiewicz). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews.
