She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Puglisi and Florence Puglisi. She is survived by: her children, Frank Puglisi, Louis F. Rzepecki Jr., Jacklyn Rzepecki (Vance Reyes) and Jamie Lynn Speraw (Drew); her grandchildren, Lucian, Rocky, Vance, Chase, Blakely, Charlie and Jett; her siblings, Tom Puglisi (Cindy), Mary Nigam (Ashok) and Vince Puglisi (Tina); and her cousins, Vincent Burgio and Luann Burgio. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
