It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa M. Wozniak of Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Seitz. She is survived by: her husband Mark R. Wozniak; her mother Mary Lou; and her siblings, Lori Weichman (Tom) and Michael Seitz (Veronica).
