He is survived by: his wife Christine Annunziato; his children, Jim Annunziato (Sharon), David Annunziato (Michelle) and Joann Mikulec (David); his brothers, Anthony Annunziato (Karen) and Charles Annunziato (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Jolene Ames (Lori), Holly Annunziato, Jessie Mikulec, Shannon Mikulec and Olivia Annunziato. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
