He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Church; his son Ronald Church, Jr.; his grandson Marc; his friend Joyce Cooper; and his sister Donna Fiedler.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Kaye, Phillip Church (Heidi), Brian Church (Amy), Clair and Robert; his grandchildren, Scott (Clark), Nancy (Steven), Michael (Kelly), Kyle (Ann), Greg, Linsly, Amanda (Matthew), Megan, Victoria and Lorraine; his great grandchildren, Colin, Carson, Maci and Everest; and his siblings, Glen Church (late Edna), Mary Lou Hoffman, Roy Church (Dorothy), Twila Best (late Orlan) and Wayne.
