He was predeceased by: his spouse Ida Nicosia; his child Samuel C. Nicosia (late Linda Hopkins); and his parent Samuel Nicosia. He is survived by: his children, James Nicosia (Faith), Richard Nicosia (Darlene) and Elaine Nelson (Kurt); his grandchildren, James (Kim), Tammy (David), Amy (Billy), Michael (Joelle), Christine (Aaron), Angelica, Anthony, Juliana, Avery, Layla and Lylah; his child-in-law Nancy Nicosia; his parent Mary Nicosia; and also Janette Nicosia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
