Smith, Jr. (Melanie), Christopher M. Smith (Tiffany), Jennifer L. Topick (Jay) and Shannon M. Thuman (Ryan); his grandchildren, Anthony Smith, Terry A. Smith, III (Joraville), Angeleah Smith, Cerrina Smith, Ryan Fournier, Christopher Smith, Kayla Walker (Eric), Madelyn Smith, Alexis Smith, Addison Topick and Jaxson Topick; and his siblings, Paul H. Smith (Geraldine), Brenda D. Baptiste (Lamont) and Steven B. Smith. He is also survived by one grandchild on the way; 5 great grandchildren.
