He was predeceased by: his wife Norma C. Frech; and his parents, Henry G. Frech and Ruth Frech. He is survived by: his children, Robert Frech (Debra) and Karen Frech (Wayne Brown); his grandsons, Andrew and Samuel Frech; his siblings, Henry and Marilyn Frech; and his friends, Betsy, Bob, Diane, Christian, Don, Judy, Marilee, Tom and Maryalice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
