He was predeceased by: his grandchild Skylar; his parents, Wolodymyr Wojtko and Elizabeth Wojtko; and his sister Maria. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Wojtko; his children, Dylan (Amy) and Isabella Wojtko; and his brother Jimmy Wojtko (Colleen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
